    Conquer and Hold in practice

    Watch both kinds of point actually land.

    Next Beginning Phase you Hold both, which takes you past 8 and wins in the following cleanup (rule 467). Holding two battlefields is a winning position, which is exactly why they are worth fighting over.

    Both battlefields scored this turn, so the final point is allowed and you win. Had you stopped at one, you would have drawn a card instead of scoring.
